Caramelized banana with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 5 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 scoops of ice cream, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the bananas and place them in an ungreased pan. Sprinkle the sugar over the banana slices and then flip them over. Reduce the heat to low until the sugar begins to melt. Then add the oats and stir. Leave in the pan until the sugar begins to brown. Divide the caramelized bananas between two plates and serve with a vanilla scoop on each.
