Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g carrot(s)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Garlic
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the carrots and slice them diagonally. Heat the butter, add the carrots, and season with salt and sugar. When the carrots are nicely caramelized on both sides, cover and cook over low heat with the unpeeled garlic for about 20 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with chopped flat-leaf parsley and pepper. Enjoy!
