Caramelized Mango with Cream Yogurt
The perfect caramelized mango with cream yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Mango
- 2 L Raw cane sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cream yogurt
- Possibly honey
- Peel the mango, cut into wedges from the stone and dice. Put in a bowl, mix with lime juice and let steep for a few minutes.
- Let the raw cane sugar caramelize in a coated pan. When the sugar starts to melt, add the butter and deglaze with orange juice.
- Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the mango and heat briefly. Spread on dessert bowls.
- Mix Greek or cream yoghurt with a little honey and add 1 tbsp of each to the mango salad.
