Dessert: Mango Cream on Yogurt

  • 1 Ripe mango
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 500 g Yogurt
  • 1 Pä Gelfix
  • 20 Amarettini almond biscuits
  1. Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone. Put in the blender with the juice of the orange. Add maple syrup and Gelfix and leave to puree for a minute.
  1. Divide the yoghurt between 4 glasses, place 5 amarettini on each. Spread the mango cream on top. Let it steep for an hour in the refrigerator.
