Dessert: Mango Cream on Yogurt

- 1 Ripe mango
- 1 Orange
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 500 g Yogurt
- 1 Pä Gelfix
- 20 Amarettini almond biscuits
- Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone. Put in the blender with the juice of the orange. Add maple syrup and Gelfix and leave to puree for a minute.
- Divide the yoghurt between 4 glasses, place 5 amarettini on each. Spread the mango cream on top. Let it steep for an hour in the refrigerator.
