Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pc. Puff pastry, rolled out rectangular
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt
- Caraway seeds
- sesame
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Puff pastry
Cut the puff pastry rectangle in half. Brush both pieces with egg yolk, lightly salt, and sprinkle with caraway or sesame seeds, then place the two sheets on top of each other. Freeze the dough for about 30 minutes, then cut into 1/2 cm wide strips and bake in the oven at 190°C for about 10-12 minutes until crispy.
