Ingredients
- 400 g Penne piccolini
- 125 g Kat ham finely diced
- 1 Onion
- 150 g Parmigiano Reggiano
- 250 g Cream
- 2 Egg yolk
- 0,5 Clove of garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Dice the onion and sauté in the fat until translucent. Add the ham cubes and let them become slightly crispy. In the meantime, cook the noodles al dente. Now add the garlic to the ham cubes and top up with the cream. Stir and add the freshly grated Parmesan. Melt in the cream. Now add the egg yolk to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce and mix in well.
