Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g yeast
- 400 g flour
- 200 ml milk, lukewarm
- 25 g butter or margarine, soft
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 170 g carrot(s), finely grated

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Carrot bread
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and knead it with the remaining ingredients until a firm dough forms. Then, cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead the dough again vigorously, forming it into an oblong roll. Place the roll in a loaf pan and let it rise for at least another 30 minutes, until the bread has significantly increased in size. Then bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for about 50-60 minutes.
