Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g carrot(s)
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, juice and zest
- 200 g cane sugar
- 200 ml sunflower oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 400 g wholemeal wheat flour or wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Fat for the mold
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
vegan and super easy
Finely grate the carrots and mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40-50 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
