Carrot-leek salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • pine nuts
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some pepper
  • some vinegar
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Wash, trim, and finely chop the spring onions. Mix with the carrots, briefly sauté the pine nuts, and add to the salad. Season with sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Drizzle with a small amount of oil and vinegar, mix, and finish with a generous splash of balsamic vinegar.
