Carrot – sesame – noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spelt spirals)
  • salt water
  • 400 g carrot(s), sliced
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 bunch watercress, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the spring onions and carrots in a pan with oil over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Add the watercress and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and sesame seeds. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water until al dente and drain. Toss the carrots with the noodles and serve hot.
