Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- some butter
- some milk or water
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
simple, quick, for dipping or as a side dish
Wash and drain the beans. Meanwhile, dice the garlic. Sauté the garlic in a pan with a little butter until translucent. Add the beans with a little liquid and heat until heated through; do not boil. Then puree the mixture, adding more liquid until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper.
