Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 1 apple
- 250 ml water
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 5 tsp horseradish (creamed horseradish)

with horseradish, also suitable for WW
Wash and peel the apple and carrots, and cut them into small cubes or slices. Heat the butter, then sauté the apple and carrots. Add the water and bring to a boil, dissolving the vegetable stock powder in it. Stir in the horseradish and sour cream. Serve with boiled potatoes and/or a pan-fried steak. For the WW fans: 1 tsp butter (1 serving), 2 tbsp sour cream (1 serving), creamed horseradish (2 servings). This makes 4 servings for the whole portion.
