Ingredients

  • 1 disc Beef liver
  • 350 ml Boiling water
  • 100 g Fresh broccoli
  • 3 tablespoon Round grain rice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions

  • Cut the liver into small cubes, place in a narrow container and scald with boiling water, stir with a spoon and strain off the water - it is still needed.
  • Cut the broccoli into small florets (bite-sized for the kitten) and place the harder stems separately and dice bite-sized as well.
  • Bring the collected water to the boil again, add the salt and the rice and simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Now add the broccoli stalks and cook for another 6 minutes. Then fold in the broccoli florets and cook for another 6 minutes. If necessary, add a little more liquid, nothing should stick.
  • Fold in the brewed liver cubes and sesame oil and let the cat treats cool. Feed one portion and freeze the rest in portions. So there is always a quick and healthy food at hand. My Mollie really likes this dish!
