Ingredients
- 1 piece Fresh broccoli
- 1 Cup Rice parboiled
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 0,25 liter Vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
- 1 piece Fresh onion
Instructions
- Cook rice.
- Clean the broccoli, chop the florets and the stems. Cook in a pan with a little vegetable stock. Cut the onion into small pieces.
- Mix in the cooked rice, add a little more vegetable stock and Parmesan.
- Season everything well with salt and pepper. Was my single meal.
