Quick Broccoli Rice Pan

The perfect quick broccoli rice pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Fresh broccoli
  • 1 Cup Rice parboiled
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  1. Cook rice.
  2. Clean the broccoli, chop the florets and the stems. Cook in a pan with a little vegetable stock. Cut the onion into small pieces.
  3. Mix in the cooked rice, add a little more vegetable stock and Parmesan.
  4. Season everything well with salt and pepper. Was my single meal.
