Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g cauliflower
- 400 g poultry sausage (poultry sausage)
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml milk; 1.5%
- 100 g cheese, grated
- n. B. Oil
- e.g. salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Low-carb
Preheat oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling water until al dente, or cook frozen cauliflower in boiling water. For the sauce, cut the sausage into pieces and fry on all sides in a little oil. Then add the milk, cream, and cream cheese and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Drain the cauliflower thoroughly and transfer it to a baking dish, spreading the sauce over it. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes to bake.
