Cauliflower and Radish Salad

The perfect cauliflower and radish salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 half Cauliflower
  • 9 Radish
  • 1 half Cucumber
  • 4 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 4 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash cauliflower, cut into small florets and blanch in boiling salted water for 4 minutes
  2. Now drain, rinse in cold water and let cool down
  3. Wash and clean the radish and cut into thin slices.
  4. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes,
  5. Put everything in a bowl, season with salt and mix well
  6. Mix DRESSING creme fraiche, yoghurt and mustard, wash the dill, shake dry, chop finely and stir into the dressing to taste with salt and pepper
  7. Add the dressing to the salad and stir in well and let it flow through.
  8. Tastes great with meat and salmon
  9. We ate a giant steak with it, which my son from Bavaria brought us. SEE PICTURE – BUT WE DIDN’T MAKE IT
