Cauliflower and Radish Salad
The perfect cauliflower and radish salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 half Cauliflower
- 9 Radish
- 1 half Cucumber
- 4 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- 4 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Dill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash cauliflower, cut into small florets and blanch in boiling salted water for 4 minutes
- Now drain, rinse in cold water and let cool down
- Wash and clean the radish and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes,
- Put everything in a bowl, season with salt and mix well
- Mix DRESSING creme fraiche, yoghurt and mustard, wash the dill, shake dry, chop finely and stir into the dressing to taste with salt and pepper
- Add the dressing to the salad and stir in well and let it flow through.
- Tastes great with meat and salmon
