Cauliflower Cabanossi Casserole

The perfect cauliflower cabanossi casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Cream cauliflower frozen
  • 200 ml Liquid cream
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 2 Spring onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Put the cream cauliflower and the cream in a saucepan and simmer for about 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chilli.
  2. In the meantime, cut the Cabanossi into slices. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (fan oven 200 degrees). Place the cauliflower in a casserole dish (20 cm diameter). Fold in two thirds of the spring onions. Sprinkle with Cabanossi and Parmesan. In the hot oven on a wire rack on the bottom rack for about 20 minutes Bake. Serve sprinkled with the remaining spring onions and chilli from the mill.
