  • 1 large onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 50 g butter, approx.

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

with pan-fried dishes or just with potatoes or pasta, sauce made quickly and easily

Divide the cauliflower into florets. Peel and dice the onions. Melt the butter in a small, deep saucepan and briefly sauté the onions. After 2 minutes, add the cauliflower florets and mix well. Season generously with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour in the cream. Cook the cauliflower on low heat until tender, then blend in a blender for about 3 minutes until you have a thick sauce. It goes well with stir-fries, but can also be eaten on its own with pasta or potatoes. The cream adds a little extra depth and quickly fills you up.
