Cauliflower Pizza, Basic Recipe
The perfect cauliflower pizza, basic recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Cauliflower
- 2 Pc. Protein
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 Msp Salt
- 1 Msp Vegetable broth powder
- 6 tbsp Whole grain spelled flour or buckwheat flour
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and chop a little finer than rice in the food processor. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Either press the “dough” flat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with your hands (the amount is about one baking sheet), or shape two round pizzas on two baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Then take it out briefly and spread it with tomato sauce and top it as you like (e.g. olives, artichokes, vegetables, tuna, cheese, etc.). Put it back in the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until crispy.
