Foxy’s Cauliflower Pizza
The perfect foxy’s cauliflower pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 greater Cauliflower about 1.2kg
- 1 bullet Grated mozzarella
- 1 bullet Sliced mozzarella
- 2 Eggs
- 1 bunch Spring onions cut into rings
- 8 Stems Fresh oregano
- 500 g Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 big can Pizza tomatoes
- 250 g Sliced brown mushrooms
- 1 Thai garlic chopped
- 150 g Grated mountain cheese
- Salt pepper,
- Possibly fresh red chilli – cut into fine strips
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat / 170 ° C hot air
- Clean and wash cauliflower and cut into florets. Put the whole thing in a Hexler or Tupperware Quick-Chef and chop it up.
- Put the finely kneaded cauliflower in a bowl, add 2 eggs, the grated mozzarella and salt and mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put in the oven for 20 minutes
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes, then add the garlic (possibly chilli strips) and the spring onions. Fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Stir in the pizza tomatoes and distribute the mixture over the cauliflower. Spread the mushrooms over it, also sprinkle the mozzarella slices and finally the mountain cheese over them. Bake in the oven for another 12-15 minutes.
