Cauliflower Pizza
The perfect cauliflower pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Cauliflower fresh
- 300 g Gerieber gauda
- 3 piece Eggs
- 300 g Boiled ham
- 150 g Ham cubes
- 150 g Edammer rubbed
- 150 g Tomatoes
- Pepper
- Salt
- Granular broth
- Nutmeg
- 1 tube Tomato paste
- 0,5 cups Sour cream
- Clean, wash and chop the cauliflower.
- Spread on a baking sheet, salt and cover with baking paper. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees (fan-assisted). Let cool down a little
- Whisk the eggs with the spices and mix in the finely chopped Gauda.
- Add the cauliflower and spread on the baking sheet.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Mix the tomato paste with sour cream, season. Quarter the ham. who likes to cut tomatoes into slices
- Take the tray out of the oven, spread the tomato paste on it, cover with the remaining ingredients and bake for another 10-15 minutes
