Cauliflower Pizza

The perfect cauliflower pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Cauliflower fresh
  • 300 g Gerieber gauda
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 300 g Boiled ham
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 150 g Edammer rubbed
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Granular broth
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • 0,5 cups Sour cream
  1. Clean, wash and chop the cauliflower.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet, salt and cover with baking paper. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees (fan-assisted). Let cool down a little
  3. Whisk the eggs with the spices and mix in the finely chopped Gauda.
  4. Add the cauliflower and spread on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  6. Mix the tomato paste with sour cream, season. Quarter the ham. who likes to cut tomatoes into slices
  7. Take the tray out of the oven, spread the tomato paste on it, cover with the remaining ingredients and bake for another 10-15 minutes
