Ingredients

  • 6 Medium potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • Fat bacon
  • 1 tsp Clarified butter
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into even, not too thin slices. Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes. Cut some fat bacon into fine cubes. Pour a teaspoon of clarified butter into a non-stick pan, add the potatoes and fry until brown at a slightly higher temperature. From time to time to turn. Now put the bacon in the middle of the pan, layer the potatoes on top, then put the onion cubes on top. Reduce the heat. Cover a short time. Occasionally turn the potatoes when they are almost done, remove the lid and fry everything open until the potatoes are still firm to the bite. Now salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy...!!!
  • Fried sausage, meatballs or chicken are delicious with it ... A nice fried egg goes best with it ... Goes quickly and is something nice and hearty for the cold season. I like to make fried potatoes from raw, waxy potatoes. They stay in their shape and don't disintegrate.
