Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into even, not too thin slices. Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes. Cut some fat bacon into fine cubes. Pour a teaspoon of clarified butter into a non-stick pan, add the potatoes and fry until brown at a slightly higher temperature. From time to time to turn. Now put the bacon in the middle of the pan, layer the potatoes on top, then put the onion cubes on top. Reduce the heat. Cover a short time.
