- 1 piece Cauliflower
- 1,5 liter Broth

- 200 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Lean diced ham – optional
- Nutmeg, salt, pepper
- Clean the cauliflower and cut into florets.
- Cook in the broth (mine is already seasoned, otherwise season) slightly firm to the bite, 1.5 to 2 l depending on the size of the cauliflower. Remove from the broth and keep warm. Fry butter into nut butter and combine with the flour (roux), gradually add the broth.
- Add the processed cheese and simmer until creamy. Season with nutmeg, etc. Salt and pepper, a little curry if you like. Add the cauliflower and roughly mash and simmer again briefly. But he should still have a bite. If you don’t want to do without meat, you can add diced ham (fried or unroasted).
- If you don’t have a stock at hand, you can use instant water or rather water if necessary and then season to your own taste. Cauliflower is currently very inexpensive, so it is an inexpensive meal, quickly cooked and very tasty.
