  • 2 Turkey schnitzel
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Chilli from the mill
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 200 g Minced meat mixed
  • 0,5 Diced onion
  • 1 Diced garlic clove and bumped
  • Salt and Pepper 1
  • 1 packet Peeled tomatoes
  • 0,5 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • Rapeseed oil for frying

  • First, heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it, season and then add the onions and garlic and fry, then add the cleaned and chopped soup greens. I only had my own frozen soup greens, but it works Now finally add the peeled tomatoes and season, fill up with a little more water and simmer at a low temperature. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  • Now it comes to the schnitzel, these are rinsed, dried with kitchen paper, seasoned and breaded as usual. First turn in flour, then in the clotted egg and then in the breadcrumbs. If the minced meat sauce is properly boiled down, the schnitzel can also be placed in the floating fat (not in the deep frying pan) and fried until golden. When the schnitzel is ready, put it in a suitable casserole dish or something similar, pour the minced meat sauce over it and top it with the cheese slices gratinated for 10-15 minutes .. ready I served fried potatoes ... enjoy the pictures
