- 500 g Cauliflower fresh
- 100 g Goat cream cheese
- 100 g Cream
- 1 Tarragon stalk
- 1 Majorance branch
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Remove the leaves of the cauliflower, cut into florets and wash
