Cauliflower with Cheese and Herb Sauce

The perfect cauliflower with cheese and herb sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Cauliflower fresh
  • 100 g Goat cream cheese
  • 100 g Cream
  • 1 Tarragon stalk
  • 1 Majorance branch
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Remove the leaves of the cauliflower, cut into florets and wash
  2. Bring water to the boil in a saucepan, add the salt and the drained cauliflower to boil for about 10-20 minutes. (depending on how you want to cook)
  3. In the meantime, heat the cream and dissolve the goat cream cheese while stirring
