Cevapcici

The perfect cevapcici recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Clove of garlic
  • 350 g Mixed minced meat
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 tsp Rose paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Chop the garlic very finely and knead with mince, 1 teaspoon salt, both kinds of paprika powder, oregano and pepper in a bowl for 4 – 5 minutes, cover and chill for about 20 minutes.
  2. Form 8 long meatballs out of the minced meat. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cevapcici on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

What goes with it:

  1. It is best to serve it with coleslaw.
