Cevapcici
The perfect cevapcici recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small Clove of garlic
- 350 g Mixed minced meat
- Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Rose paprika powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Chop the garlic very finely and knead with mince, 1 teaspoon salt, both kinds of paprika powder, oregano and pepper in a bowl for 4 – 5 minutes, cover and chill for about 20 minutes.
- Form 8 long meatballs out of the minced meat. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cevapcici on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
