Champagne Strawberry Tiramisu
The perfect champagne strawberry tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Champagne
- 200 g Ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 500 g Strawberries
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 5 piece Egg yolk
- 250 Milliliters Cream
- Line a large rectangular shape with ladyfingers and sprinkle with champagne. Put a few strawberries aside and roughly puree the rest with powdered sugar. Drink 1 glass of champagne yourself. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, mascarpone, cream with egg yolks to a smooth batter, fold in the whipped cream. Pour the strawberry puree over the sponge fingers, then spread ¾ of the mascarpone / cream mixture over it, add strawberry slices and then spread the rest of the mixture. Chill the tiramisu for at least 4 hours and then serve with a glass of champagne.
