Chanterelles hunter-style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms (chancelles)
  • 150 g onion(s), chopped
  • 150 g bacon (hamburger bacon)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the chanterelles. Halve the large ones, leave the small ones whole. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in hot oil. Add the onions to the bacon and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the chanterelles and fry over medium heat, turning frequently, until the liquid released during frying has completely evaporated. Remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and let stand for about 3 minutes. Stir in the parsley and serve. Serve with leaf salad and baked goods.
