Chanterelles with Dill
The perfect chanterelles with dill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Fresh chanterelles
- 2 piece Small red onion
- 1 toe Fresh garlic
- 30 g Lean raw ham cubes
- 1 bunch Fresh dill
- Olive oil
- Hot paprika powder
- Finely chop the onions and garlic.
- Fry both in a little olive oil.
- Add the chanterelles and fry over medium heat until they collapse a little.
- Add the ham cubes and season with paprika powder.
- Roughly cut the dill and add it just before serving.
