Chanterelles with Dill

The perfect chanterelles with dill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Fresh chanterelles
  • 2 piece Small red onion
  • 1 toe Fresh garlic
  • 30 g Lean raw ham cubes
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill
  • Olive oil
  • Hot paprika powder
  1. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
  1. Fry both in a little olive oil.
  1. Add the chanterelles and fry over medium heat until they collapse a little.
  1. Add the ham cubes and season with paprika powder.
  1. Roughly cut the dill and add it just before serving.
