the best cheesecake, delicious, moist and guaranteed to succeed
Preparation: Sift flour onto a tabletop, spread sugar, butter, and egg over it, and knead into a smooth dough. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out, and place it in a greased 26cm springform pan, forming a 4-5cm border. Do not add any more flour. Prick the pan a few times with a fork. For the filling: Beat the eggs and sugar until very fluffy, add the quark and vanilla pudding powder, and mix until smooth. Spread this mixture over the dough and smooth the surface. Peel and core the apples, cut them into 1x1cm cubes, and arrange them on top of the quark filling. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180-200°C (top and bottom heat) for approx. 55-60 minutes. Test with a skewer before removing it from the pan and letting it cool completely. Remove the cheesecake from the pan, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with some apple slices if desired. Cut into slices and simply enjoy. A simple cake that’s super delicious, moist, and quick to make.
