American recipe. A hit at any party!
You mix together all the ingredients, from cream cheese to Worcestershire sauce; season with curry, pepper, and salt to taste. Then you line a (not too deep) bowl with cling film, then place the sliced/torn ham on top. Add the cheese mixture. Put everything in the fridge. Theoretically, you can eat the cheese ball straight away, but I would wait a few hours to let it marinate properly. Then you turn the mixture out onto a plate and eat it with crackers. When I make the cheese ball, there’s never much left over, and everyone has loved it so far. If you do have any leftovers, you can also eat them on bread the next morning.
