Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 onions
  • 150 g smoked bacon
  • 6 tbsp cream
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 150 ml meat broth
  • 150 ml milk
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the bacon and onions. Fry the bacon first, then add the onions and let them brown lightly. Then briefly toast the flour, deglaze with the meat broth and milk. Bring the sauce to a boil, then refine it with the cream. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and season with sugar, pepper, and salt. Tastes especially good with boiled potatoes – it also goes well with vegetables, depending on your preference…
