Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Broad beans
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • 50 g Diced Bacon
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beans as firm to the bite as you like, then layer them in a baking dish, put cheese, diced bacon and butter between each layer, top layer of cheese, I season everything with fondor. The whole thing is baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. You don't have to stick to the recipe, you can give here as you please from time to time
