The perfect cheese beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Broad beans
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • 50 g Diced Bacon
  • 50 g Butter
  1. Cook the beans as firm to the bite as you like, then layer them in a baking dish, put cheese, diced bacon and butter between each layer, top layer of cheese, I season everything with fondor.
