Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g spaetzle (homemade or from the refrigerated section)
- 100 g bacon
- 1 small can of sauerkraut
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the bacon in a large nonstick pan. Add the spaetzle and fry lightly. Tear the sauerkraut into small pieces, add it to the spaetzle, and heat until hot. Finally, stir in the cheese and let it melt. White wine goes very well with this!
