Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ⅛ liter cream
- 1 bunch basil, chopped
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely diced
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add all the remaining ingredients and fold in. Refrigerate the cream for a few hours to allow it to set. Tip: You can also pour this cream over potatoes or cooked, finely chopped spaghetti.
