Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 thick pork schnitzels
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g flour
- 150 g cheese, grated
- ¼ liter cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the schnitzels open on the side. Place a slice of cheese inside each one. Coat the schnitzels first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the cheese. Fry and keep warm. In the pan, dust the remaining flour from the breading over the schnitzel and pour over the cream. Season to taste with the remaining cheese from the breading.
