Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g cheese (Chester slices)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • ½ red chili pepper(s)
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

with nachos and fondue

Finely chop the chilies and roughly chop the Cheshire cheese. Then add everything except the chilies to a saucepan and heat until the cheese has melted and no chunks remain, stirring well. Then add the chilies.
