Cheese – Egg – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cheese (Emmental or similar semi-hard cheese)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate the cheese and place it in a bowl. Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, dice them, and add them to the cheese. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove, and add it. Then fold in the mayonnaise. Tastes delicious on toast or baguette.
