Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, preferably fusilli or gemelli
  • 125 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda, gratin cheese
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, e.g. Grana Padano, or other grated hard cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple but very tasty

Prepare pasta according to the package instructions. When it’s al dente, drain, add pepper and garlic to taste, and salt if desired, and stir through. Add the grated cheese and stir until melted. Divide the mixture between 2 plates and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over each. Tip: If you like to indulge but are watching your calories, you can also use reduced-fat cheese. You can, of course, spice up the dish with herbs.
