Cheese salad with garlic and mayonnaise

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 600 g cheese (Gouda or Edam), diced
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

great for any party

Place the cheese in a tightly sealed bowl or similar container. Finely chop the garlic and mix it into the cheese. Seal the container tightly and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, stir in the mayonnaise. The overnight sitting allows the cheese to become pleasantly soft and absorb the garlic flavor!
