Ingredients
- 200 g Hard cheese in one piece, e.g. Pustertaler, Zillertaler or similar
- 2 Pc. Pickles
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 0,5 Pc. Onion
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tsp Virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Hot paprika powder, if desired
Instructions
Vinegar mustard marinade
- Put mustard, vinegar and oil in a tall cup and mix well
- Cut the cheese, onion and cucumber into cubes, mix well with the capers and chilli flakes in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Possibly also season with hot paprika powder. Then the cheese salad should be chilled for about 1 hour. (It never works for me, it's gone before). With black bread or pretzel.
