Wienerle Sausage Capers Cucumber Cheese Salad

The perfect wienerle sausage capers cucumber cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pair Wiener sausages
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder

  • 100 g Leerdammer, finely cut
  • 4 Pc. Pickles, cut diagonally
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Pc. Cut the onion into 1/4 rings
  1. Slice the sausage diagonally, cut the onion into 1/4 slices, put the cucumber in a bowl. Add vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, paprika and capers. Let it steep for another 1/2 hour, mix, sprinkle paprika flakes and serve.
