Wienerle Sausage Capers Cucumber Cheese Salad

- 4 Pair Wiener sausages
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 1 Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sunflower oil
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Capers from the jar
- 100 g Leerdammer, finely cut
- 4 Pc. Pickles, cut diagonally
- Red pepper flakes
- 1 Pc. Cut the onion into 1/4 rings
- Slice the sausage diagonally, cut the onion into 1/4 slices, put the cucumber in a bowl. Add vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, paprika and capers. Let it steep for another 1/2 hour, mix, sprinkle paprika flakes and serve.
