Cheese Salad with Salami

The perfect cheese salad with salami recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Gauda
  • 100 g Emmental
  • 100 g Salami
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 2 piece Cucumber sticks from the jar
  • 0,25 piece Red peppers
  • 3 tablespoon Broth from the pickle jar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Colorful pepper from the mill

  1. Cut the Emmenthaler and Gauda into small strips. Peel and quarter the onion and cut into thin strips. Cut the salami, bell pepper and cucumber sticks into small cubes. Put everything in a bowl and set aside.
