Cheese Salad

The perfect cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Gouda in one piece
  • 1 size Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Canned mandarins
  • 3 Rings Pineapple from a can
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 small Wiener sausages
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  1. Cut the Gouda cheese into small cubes, also cut the tomato and pineapple into small pieces, add the mandarins, finely dice the onion, thinly slice the sausages and mix everything in well and season with a little salt and pepper, now the parsley add and mix everything again.
  2. For the sauce, put the mayonnaise, cream and creme fraich in a bowl and stir everything, now add everything to the salad and stir, season everything again and let it steep for an hour.
