Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 400 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 250 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Butter flakes

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Quick and easy
Lightly season the schnitzel, but do not pound it. Grease a baking sheet or casserole dish and place the schnitzels on top, ensuring they are not overlapping. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the cream. Sprinkle with butter flakes. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the schnitzels for 20-25 minutes. Rice makes a particularly good side dish. It can easily be prepared a day in advance.
