Cheese slices with chanterelles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ can of chanterelles
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 slices of processed cheese
  • 2 slices of bread (wholemeal bread)
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • butter
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Butter the bread slices, top with cheese, and sprinkle with onions and pepper. Heat in a preheated grill or oven (at high heat) until the cheese begins to melt. Remove from the oven, place the drained and halved mushrooms on top of the soft cheese, and season lightly with salt. Return to the oven and let the chanterelles heat through. Garnish with parsley.
