Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100g Gouda
- 1 tsp, heaped Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 small onion(s), mild
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 25 g butter, lukewarm
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 50 g natural yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Tarragon, shredded

Basic recipe, very easy to adapt
Cut the Gouda into as fine cubes as possible or grate it coarsely. Peel the onion and garlic. Finely chop the onion. Combine the butter, mayonnaise, yogurt, roughly chopped garlic clove, Parmesan cheese, and mustard in a suitable container and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Add the onion and Gouda, mix thoroughly, and season with pepper, salt, and tarragon. Let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Tip: If you like, you can adapt this recipe with leeks, mushrooms, or ham.
