Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg apples
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 35 minutes

Peel and grate the apples. Peel and grate the piece of fresh ginger and cut into small cubes. Place everything in a saucepan with the preserving sugar and let it sit overnight. Then proceed according to the instructions on the preserving sugar package to prepare the jam. Pour into prepared jars and seal.
