Cheese toast with salami

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) toast bread, (butter toast)
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese
  • 2 slices of salami
  • 1 slice(s) tomato(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • butter
  • ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the slices of toast in a well-buttered pan and toast over medium heat until browned on one side. Stack the two slices of toast on top of each other and place the cheese and salami, and tomato (if desired), between the browned sides. Then toast both untoasted sides with more butter until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Season the finished toast with salt and cut it in half diagonally. Serve with a little ketchup for dipping.
