Three kinds of pasta with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml condensed milk
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 2 tsp soup greens, dried
  • e.g. chili powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Vegetable noodles

Place the noodles on the heat. One minute before the end of the cooking time, add the zucchini and carrot, which have been cut into vegetable noodles. Meanwhile, sauté the finely diced shallots and deglaze with the condensed milk. Add the shredded smoked salmon. Season with salt, pepper, soup seasoning, and chili. Drain the noodles and vegetables and toss with the sauce.
